December 2023 - Inventory of all water outlets for drinking/cooking - COMPLETED
LEAD TESTING
October 2023 - Obtain Inventory & Lead Testing Bids - COMPLETED
December 2023 - Submit Reimbursement Application - COMPLETED
January-July 2023 - Complete Lead Testing
Immediately - Remove & Replace any water coolers and/or outlets or pluming that does not meet the EPA requirements & provide alternative water options and/or filters
Within 2 weeks of receiving test results, make results available to the public:
Test results received 7/22/24; Test results posted 7/23/24: PHR6 Lead Testing Results
Test results received 8/25/24; Test results posted 8/27/24: PHR6 Lead Testing Results - 2
ONGOING
Annual testing of remediated outlets and reporting to DHSS as required
