PHR6 Students, Staff, Families, & Community,
The PHR6 Board and I would like to invite all staff, student leaders (extracurriculars/sports/CTSOs/other student group officers/team captains), families, and community members to join us on Wednesday, October 30th from 6:00 p.m. to approximately 7:00 p.m. in the High School Cafeteria for our bi-annual CSIP (Continuous School Improvement Plan) meeting. WE VALUE AND NEED THE FEEDBACK OF OUR STAFF, STUDENTS, FAMILIES, AND COMMUNITY TO CONTINUE INNOVATION AT PLEASANT HOPE SCHOOLS!
Below you will find a listing of the committees. We will start in a large group, work in committees to develop solutions/innovations, and then bring committee ideas back to the whole group. We will be succinct, but productive together!

The Miles For Smiles Mobile Dental Unit will be back this week and next to finish up students that were not seen when they were here back in September. Contact your student's building nurse with questions!

We are so proud of Easton! He was our lone middle school runner this season and kept improving every single race. Saturday he ran at the Middle School Championship at Lucas Oil Speedway and ran away with his personal best again. What a way to end his very first XC season!!
FCCLA and FBLA at Halloween in the Park.
Pleasant Hope High School’s Student Council sponsored a booth offering candy, games, and prizes for kids at the annual “Halloween in the Park” festival at Pleasant Hope City Park, held Saturday, October 26.

HUGE congratulations to these girls! 🥳🥳 Placing 2nd in the NATION in Power, Structural, and Technical Systems! Their project tested the different types of piping materials resistance to extreme freezing temperatures. We are so proud of all of your hard work!

The winners of the annual pumpkin carving contest are:
Harrison Knox (elementary), Madelyn Knox (Middle School), Taylor Wedge (High School) and Jessica Buckle (Adult). Each winner received a $25 visa gift card to enjoy. Thanks to ALL that participated!

The XC team ran their last regular season race at El Dorado Springs on Tuesday. They all did so good! Casē and Makayla both took home 10th place medals. We are now working hard as we prepare for districts next Saturday...we cannot wait to see what happens!
