POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Answers phone calls and questions having to do with lunch program and student account balances. Takes and records lunch money. Takes lunch tickets through lunch lines. Handwritten if the internet is down. Putting all information in when the internet is back up. Help head cook with production records. Make deposits once or twice a week. Keep a deposit book, and report deposit amounts to the bookkeeper. Make sure lunch money balances each week. Should be in sufficient health to perform the essential functions of the job. Performs all other duties as assigned by administrator. I send emails or letters to parents for money due for children's milk or lunches. I offer to help the cooks anytime I can.
