Elementary Yearbook Pickup

HS track completed at their sectional meet Saturday at Blue Eye. Congratulations to Lexi Perryman 4th Javelin and Annabelle Fitzlaff 3rd in Pole Vault. Both girls qualified to participate in the state track meet this Friday and Saturday. Good luck girls!! We are so proud!


PHMS eighth graders visited the Citizen's Memorial Healthcare Facility for community service day. Students served ice cream, learned card tricks, gardened, and refilled bird feeders.




Fifth and sixth graders completed projects at the Pleasant Hope City Park for PHMS Community Service Day. Students weeded, planted flowers, and picked up trash to give back to their community.

What an EXCELLENT evening as we celebrated our Fine Arts! We had our art gallery produced by Ms. Scott & our PHMS & PHHS art students. That was followed by a great music concert tonight by Ms. Hanks & the music students at PHMS & PHHS! Thank you for displaying your amazing musical talents!

Yesterday, we had our 1st ever Academic Celebration at PHHS, where we recognized student achievement. We are very proud of our PHHS Pirates! More photos to come!



PHES 4th Quarter 25 AR Point Club celebration! Little water themed!




Mrs. Davis' class celebrated winning PHES Winter Reading Challenge through Polk County Library. Their reward was a bounce house and ice cream.






It's a great day to be a pirate! Mrs.McGrady's 3rd graders had a hair raising time at the Discovery Center and Doling Park.










These students worked hard at reading and comprehending to earn 150 AR Points. A few made it way past 150. They were reward with a fun trip to Urban Air.

For Community Service Day, our third graders brought goodie bags and ladybug planters to: City Hall, Police Department, Fire Department, School Board Members, and our District Office. Thank you for all you do for the community of Pleasant Hope.
