This week we made models using play doh to represent the making of photosynthesis. Students had a check list to follow that include labeling where water, sunlight, and CO2 entered the plant and where oxygen left the plant. They learned that sunlight gets trapped in the plant and reacts with CO2 and H2O to make glucose which feeds the plant.
