Calculus students were asked to take a traditional board game or card game and revamp the game play to include an essential category of calculus content: Rules of Derivatives. The project required a new set of rules and instructions as well as derivative examples with an answer key. The girls were very creative in creating an alternate version of Uno that required the use of derivatives. Today, we got to play their game, Derivative Uno! So fun!! They did an amazing job!

What a great day for a cross country meet! Our hs runners endured the coldest and wettest day of the year. Not only did they endure, but they thrived. We had four new PR's today and we get to send Casé and Makayla to State next weekend, it was a special day for Pirate Nation!
