Part of the Friendship Spirit Week at PHES was a Kiss the Pig contest sponsored by Student Council to raise money for school projects. The students brought in their coins and dollars to contribute to the buckets of staff members they wanted to see kiss a pig. The winner was Mrs. Johnson! Congratulations!

The Varsity Boys Basketball Team won 48-46 in an absolute thriller at Pierce City on Friday night. The gym had incredible energy and excitement on both sides, from the beginning to the end! Congrats to the Pirates for overcoming a big deficit and making a furious 4th quarter comeback!

We will host the Lockwood Tigers in Varsity Basketball action tonight, 2/7. The JV boys will start at 5:30 and will play 2 quarters. After the JV game, we will honor Kylie Tucker for her 1,000th career point and then move into our senior night recognition. The Girls Varsity game will follow, and we will end the night with our Varsity Boys game.
